Terms of Service

1. The service

Rotta Ideale is a paid Chrome extension that calculates estimated routes, timing and margins. Suggested prices and routes are estimates: the extension never submits offers to the marketplace and business decisions remain yours.

2. Independent extension

The service is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any freight marketplace or its trademarks, which are mentioned only to indicate compatibility.

3. Third-party marketplaces: at your own risk

The extension reads, read-only and with your session, result and detail pages (one request every 2.5 seconds, with limits and a Stop button) and stops if the marketplace responds with a block or check; it bypasses nothing. The marketplace's terms may nevertheless restrict automated tools: use is at your own risk, you may face blocks or account restrictions, and the publisher is not liable. Use the feature moderately and follow the marketplace's terms.

4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is monthly, renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time with no commitment. Cancelling stops future renewals; the license stays valid until the end of the paid period. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal or by writing to support. The price shown in the extension is Stripe's.

5. Refunds and withdrawal right

Refunds are not automatic and are assessed by support; a full refund or payment dispute immediately revokes the license. [TO BE REVIEWED BY ACCOUNTANT/LAWYER: consumer withdrawal right and pre-contract information].

6. License and devices

The key is personal and valid on one browser at a time; activating it on another browser deactivates the previous one (max 3 replacements per 24 hours). Sharing the key may lead to revocation.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, estimation errors, service unavailability or actions taken by the marketplace. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and venue

Italian law. Venue: for consumers, the courts of their place of residence or domicile.
